- Leading the product team in product conceptualization, development, and launch of new products based on customer feedback, data, and market needs.
- Define product schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress.
- Align product objectives with company goals, and make sure product team is clear on objectives.
- Deliver and install technology solutions.
- Help product team with the design and development tasks.
- Lead process of issue identification and resolution.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the success of our products and features.
Persyaratan Lowongan
- Bachelor degree in any major with 2+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Previous work experience in B2C is preferred.
- Agile mindset.
- Communication & interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Fast learner, problem-solver and can-do attitude.
- Excellent analytical abilities and a data-driven leadership style.
